This was a special year, for a very special golfer. Fan favorite Fred Couples won his only major at Augusta National and it came as a result of holding off Masters Champion Raymond Floyd. The 1992 Masters Tournament. European golfers had been dominating the winner’s circle in recent years and Freddy broke the streak. Davis Love III won the Par 3 Contest.
