It is just about to approach the two month countdown until Masters Week begins on April 4th, 2022 and The Masters Tournament beginning on April 7th. We’ve heard nothing about limiting the patrons to any capacity and believe the Women’s Amateur and The Drive Chip & Putt to proceed as scheduled, and patrons will also see the return of the Par 3 Contest this year, as well.
I think we’re all expecting a great week of competition, especially with how crowded the space is when we get to talking about who could win, who’s playing well, etc etc. We just saw Hideki Matsuyama, the reigning Green Jacket winner from 2021 pull in a win in Hawaii at the Sony Open. He was +1800 there going into tournament in Hawaii….I think he’s got even better value here to repeat at +2500. He’s playing well enough….we’ll see how the next two months play out.
Here’s a couple other story lines to follow:
#15 & #18 Tee Boxes pushed back at Augusta National (bottom of article)
Avani Prashanth, First Indian Girl to tee off at Women’s Amateur
Aaron Jarvis earns Masters Invitation (Shout out to our friend Kelly Sheehan who’s the Director of Golf there! Look her up if you’re trying to plan a corporate event or a leisurely golf holiday in the Dominican Republic.)
Ticket Availability Update: We are continuing to add names to our database for when some inventory may become available starting March 1st for the 2022 Masters Tournament.
